Our classes are structured and are altered weekly to maintain motivation and effective training. With full supervision and small classes our staff will prescribe alternative exercises for each person dependant on ability and fitness level. It is our mission to make exercise an enjoyable and achievable experience.

- Assists in lifestyle changes for long term results.
- Referrals to a dietician if required.
