You can include both your social and work activities. For example, does your daily job involve Walking ? Do you dance regularly either at an evening class or socially? How long do you do any of these things for? And how do you feel when you do each one of them?

Types of activities that count

• Walking to work/shops • Walking the dog • Walking for pleasure or transport
• Walking as part of your job • Hill walking o Sweeping, mowing, any physical cleaning or decorating
• Physical or manual labour such as gardening, building, farm labouring • Playing a sport
• Exercise classes • Dance classes or social dancing • Cycling for pleasure or transport • Swimming
