Berowra Health & Fitness Studio specialises in providing small exercise classes consisting of, structured cardio and weight programs, Boxing, Zumba, Pilates, Kettlebell, Step and one-on-one personal training. We are the longest established studio of its kind in the Hornsby district.

At Berowra Health & Fitness we focus on quality service, including providing a qualified personal trainer each session, to help keep you motivated and ensure you reach your desired goals in a safe and friendly environment. Our programs are designed to target the 3 main areas of fitness training in order to gain and maintain fitness:

  • Cardiovascular Training - Vital component for weight loss, helping to provide a strong healthy heart and efficient lungs.
  • Weight Training - Building muscular strength and endurance, providing a good support for our bones. Improving metabolism, aiding in weight loss.
  • Flexibility - Improving range of motion of muscles and joints, aiding in improved posture and injury prevention.

 Here at Berowra Fitness studio, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxed, fun and real environment for you to train in. We focus on delivering programs which incoporate functional movement patterns relevant to everyday life.  Our group classes consist of interval training, combining weights with cardio. We use free weights,  kettle bells and suspension bands.

No class is ever the same, so you won't get bored. It is a very personal and fun experience, when training at Berowra fitness studio, where many friendships are formed. In addition to our group circuit classes, we run boxing, step and Pilates. We are always looking to bring new classes to the studio, so let us know what you want.

If your feeling flat and uninspired, personal training can be the perfect antidote to kick start your training. Term 3 for 2016 is fast approaching, which means those winter months are upon us. Check out our personal training winter specials.

We have a vacancy on wednseday afternoon from 4.30 to 5pm, for term 3 only, with our hgihly experienced personal trainer and pilates instuctor Narelle. If you have considered trying Pilates, but feel hesitant with your level of experience, then this half hour with Narelle may be a great opportunity for you. Narelle will take you through the basic necessities to ensure you a smooth transition from a one on one session, into taking a PIlates class. Sign up for the term and receive a special discount.
