Berowra Health & Fitness owner, Judy Collins has specifically designed a 12 week Health Improvement Program that is structured like a personal training program but in a small group. The program focuses on fat loss and health improvement in a progressive manner so you can be assured that you will gain improvement.
Our exercise classes include a professional personal trainer instructing you as part of our service, not at an additional cost like most other fitness facilities.
Judy is fully certified fitness professional with a Degree in Sport Science Certificate IV in Pilates, Certificate 4 Personal Trainer, Exercise & Pregnancy and over 12 years experience.
To gain long term health benefits from your exercise program all aspects of fitness need training: Cardiovascular exercise to reduce body fat and increase heart and lung health, Strength training to improve your metabolism and bone density, Flexibility for posture and injury prevention.
